POLICIES & GUIDELINES

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are REQUIRED for all services and can be made online or via phone.  To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking. For certain medical aesthetics services a non refundable deposit and/or consultation will be required prior to booking an appointment. 

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to allow completion of any necessary client forms and change of clothing, if applicable, to service reserved.

 

Total time of service will be deducted according to late arrival time, i.e. appointment starts at 12 p.m. and ends at 1p.m., guest arrival time at 12:15 pm, service (s) will be provided from 12:15 to 1 p.m.

Late arrivals to appointment (s) of more than 1/3 of the appointment time will be automatically cancelled and a late cancellation fee of 100% service (s) will be charged. Missed appointments may be rescheduled only after late fees have been paid in full.

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 days prior to appointment (s) to avoid late cancellation fees. The credit or debit card number on file will be charge per our cancellation policy as follows.

 

  • All appointments cancelled 1 day prior to appointment date will be subject to 50% per service (s) booked.

  • All cancelled appointments / “No Shows” on the day of the appointment date will be subject to 100% per service (s) booked.

  • Late arrivals to appointment (s) of more than 1/3 of the appointment time will be automatically cancelled and a late cancellation fee of 100% service (s) will be charged. Missed appointments may be rescheduled only after late fees have been paid in full

  • Cancellation of any appointment (s) on arrival are subject to 100% per service (s) booked. (i.e., multiple services booked)

  • All service (s) booked valued at $90 or less will be subject to a $45 fee per service cancelled / "No Shows" less than 2 days prior to appointment.

MEDICAL AESTHETICS

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Medical Aesthetic Service bookings requires specific cancellation policy standards due to service (s) complexity and required skill level.

  • ALL Medical aesthetic service (s) requests require a consult appointment and a non-refundable deposit to book an appointment.  NO Exceptions

 

  • Deposit (s) can only be used towards same day service (s) related to consult  appointment booked.

  •  All medical aesthetic service (s) booked require an appointment confirmation at least 2 days prior to appointment

  •  Any service appointment (s) booked and not confirmed at least 2 days prior to appointment will be automatically cancelled.  NO Exceptions.

  • Late arrivals to appointment (s) of more than 1/3 of the appointment time will be automatically cancelled and will result in forfeiture of service and/or prepaid service (s) booked i.e., sessions purchased as a part of a package

  • Medical Aesthetic Services may include but are not limited to laser services, injectable services, chemical peels services, needling services, etc.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness is a safe community. We respect all individuals regardless of race, class, gender, ethnic background, cultural foreground, and sexual orientation.

THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness has a zero tolerance policy. We have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time with no refund. 

THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness provides a safe environment for its clients and employees, any behavior which includes but is not limited to, threats, violent acts, theft, disruptive or abusive language, sexual, racist, homophobic, comments/remarks, the usage of drugs, alcohol, and any other action deemed offensive and inappropriate by one of our staff, is unacceptable.

Individuals displaying these types of behavior will be escorted from the premises and may be prosecuted. 

GIFT CARDS

GIFT CARDS are Non-Refundable and are considered as cash.

GIFT CARDS cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.  

Gift Cards cannot be applied towards Medical Aesthetic services.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

 

Gift cards are not valid after 1 year from the date of purchase regardless if the expiration date is listed on the card or not.  After 1 year from the purchase date all gift cards will incur inactivity / dormancy fees of 100% of the gift card value.

GIFT CARDS cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for gift cards.

Gift cards are available for purchase online and in-facility for any dollar amount. Please inquire at the front desk for assistance in selecting the perfect gift.

 

Gift Cards must be mentioned, if desired to redeem, when making your appointment.

RETURN POLICY

PRODUCTSIt is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin and body care products. If you are not completely satisfied with a skincare/body care product for any reason and the PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED OR REMOVED FROM ORIGINAL PACKAGING & NOT USED, please inform us within 5 days of purchase and return within 5 days accompanied with a valid receipt documenting that the purchase had been made within the last 5 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash or card refunds for returned products. Instead, an account credit will be provided for any returned products that may be used towards any other available products or services excluding Medical Aesthetic services.

AESTHETICS & Medical Aesthetics Services

THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction. If you are displeased with your service, please bring it to the attention of your practitioner. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up service or skincare product in order for us to have the chance to “Make it Right”.

Services- Please note: After 72 hours of a received service, we are not at liberty to provide any concessions regarding your concerns post treatment. Do understand that once you leave our facility we are not liable for interventions made or not made thereafter to your skin.

 

After you leave our facility, it impossible for us to appropriately address and have knowledge of any and all contributing factors to your concerns.

 

Please be sure to follow ALL skincare recommendations and post care instructions provided to you by your practitioner at time of visit.

OTHER POLICIES

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur.

 

We encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

PAYMENTS

We gladly accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. We offer Pay with Cherry and Care Credit Financing Options. We do not accept checks. State sales tax will be charged as applicable.

PACKAGES

All packages purchased expire 1 -1.5 year (depending on package purchased) from the date of purchase. To learn your specific package expiration date please speak to one of our staff members to confirm.

 

Packages cannot be redeemed for cash. There are no refunds or exchanges for packages. 

GRATUITY

 A minimum of 18% gratuity will be applied to all Skin Treatment services for tickets paid for by individuals other than client receiving services.

Customary tipping runs 18% to 20%. Although in most cases, tipping is left to the discretion of our guests, we highly encourage guests to offer tips when services are provided that meet or exceed expectations.

 

Our professionals work very hard to delivery an optimal guest experience and would appreciate your gratitude for their efforts. For your convenience, gratuity can be added to your total at time of checkout.

 

VALUABLES

We offer changing areas for your convenience.  We cannot be responsible for ANY lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing in valuables.

CELL PHONE USAGE

Please help us preserve our peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the facility with the exception of the lobby area.

CHILDREN

To maintain a serene atmosphere, we ask that you not bring children to THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.

 

We do, however allow children to enjoy certain services under the following guidelines: children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all children under the age of 18 must have an adult sign their initial consultation form and consents. It is the guardian responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior.

COVID-19 

Assurance that safety is our highest priority.

To ensure the safety of our staff, our clients and community, THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness will follow strict protocols in regards to Covid-19.

 

We believe our clients can receive a dedicated and amazing service even within the restrictions of this safety protocol. 

By booking and appointment, you agree to  THE ROSE BLOOM Medical Aesthetics & Wellness protocols.

Failure to follow our health and safety protocols will result in a refusal of services with no refund.
